The Tampa Rose Society
The Tampa Rose Society was established in 1972 and is a nonprofit organization, one of more than 300 societies affiliated with the American Rose Society – the world’s largest organization devoted to America’s National Flower. The Tampa Rose Society provides information relating to the cultivation and exhibition of the rose, creation of floral arrangements featuring the rose and to disseminate information about events and activities of interest to rosarians in the Tampa Bay Area.
We meet on the third Tuesday of each month (Sept. – June) at 7 pm at the Seminole Garden Center, 5800 N Central Ave, Tampa, FL 33604 (except for June – August). Guests are welcome to attend. Come at 6:30 to socialize!
Each meeting has a program and a Consulting Rosarian’s Report sharing what you should be doing to care for your Florida roses. We end the meeting with a fun raffle which often includes roses! Come and bring a gardening buddy or friend.
